Materials and Methods: criollo sheep wool spun in the mills of Tiangustengo. Hand dyed with cochineal. Hand woven on a Benizaa (zapotec) style loom of the 16th century style, adapted from European looms. Woven on a 7 thread per inch reed. Tie dyed using Xiuhquilitl (indigo) overdye vat.
