Returns or Exchanges
We have done our best to accurately represent the colours of our rugs, but we do understand that depending on the screen type and the lighting in your home, your product might look slightly different than you expected. Bearing this in mind, we are happy to offer a 30 days to return or exchange your product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and therefore in the same condition that you received it. We also request that the item be shipped back to us at your cost, and then we will issue the refund/exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us explaining the reason for the refund or exchange and be sure to include your order number.
