Desing, patterns and symbols.

This rug depicts the symbol of venus (the half diamond) followed by Quetzalcoatl's cross, the five pointed cross (quincunce); this rug reminds us of the cycles of venus as it acompanies the sun at sunset then at sunrise in its pattern of appereanc on the sky dome. Venus is the symbol of Quetzalcoatl, the feather serpent known to us in Dixzaa language as Beæl guieæ, the flowered snake; this awareness comes to humanity in every solar cycle of 1040 years to remind us of the flowered path, to teach us how to live a life in balance, the Toltec way.
